If you do not have Device Emulator Manager  in the Visual Studio Tools menu, you can run it the following way:

• In Visual Studio, click on  Tools > External Tools. Click on the “Add” button.
• In the Command box, use “…” to locate and select “dvcemumanager.exe.” By default, it is installed in the “C:\Program Files\Microsoft Device Emulator\1.0\” folder.
• If you do not have Device Emulator, you can download Device Emulator version 1 and Device Emulator version 2.
