Once you join the BizSpark Program, you will get affordable access to current, full-featured
Microsoft tools and technologies, plus production licensing for hosted solutions.
The BizSpark Program provides startups with software, support and global visibility
at a time when those things are most valuable and least affordable -- during their
first three years – with no upfront costs and minimal requirements.
Among the development tools, platform technologies and production licenses you will
get are:
- All the software included in the Microsoft® Visual Studio® Team System Team
Suite (VSTS) with MSDN® Premium subscription
- Expression® Studio Version 2
- VSTS Team Foundation Server (standard edition)
Production use rights to host a "software as a service" solution (developed
during participation in the BizSpark Program, on any platform) over the Internet,
with regard to the latest versions of Microsoft products, including:
- Microsoft Windows Server® (all editions up to and including Enterprise)
- Microsoft SQL Server® (all editions)
- Microsoft Office SharePoint® Portal Server
- Microsoft System Center
- Microsoft BizTalk® Server
- Microsoft Dynamics® CRM (coming soon)
In addition to the core program offerings, BizSpark startups will be eligible for

How it works
To be eligible for the Microsoft BizSpark Program, your company must be actively
engaged in development of a software-based product or service that is a core piece
of your business model, have been in business for less than three years and have
less than USD $1M in revenue.
If your company is qualified for BizSpark, you may enroll in the program by obtaining
