Nsite is Californian company that produces leading on-demand
business process automation solutions for small and midsized
companies. Today over 7,000 users in 21 countries access Nsite to
automate sales, marketing, and service processes that require judgment,
decision-making and approval. Nsite is delivered as a subscription-based
service via the web and enables continuous improvement of user-driven
processes.
The leader in its sector, Nsite is rapidly extending its product's
feature set, while getting maximum return from its software development
budget. This aggressive project schedule is led by Nsite's VP of
Engineering, Lawrence Lindsey. Lindsey used his significant operational
experience to grow the local development team, and at the same time
accelerate the project by extending the team with engineers in Russia.
"We are working and competing in an increasingly competitive and
aggressive business environment," Lindsey said. "The economics and
productivity of having 'follow the sun' global development teams
is not just an advantage but a necessity to compete and win in today's
world".
Nsite accelerated the project by extending the team with
engineers in Russia from its offshore partner, Murano Software.
Murano is an outsourcing company with offices in the US, Russia,
Ukraine and Uzbekistan that specializes in assembling and managing
dedicated offshore teams of talented Russian engineers.
Murano quickly assembled the team, which leaped on-board and
supported Nsite's tough schedule. Murano's processes and infrastructure
allows developers physically located across the ocean to be part of
a single virtual team, seamlessly integrated into Nsite.
Andrew Filev, Murano VP, says: "It was a challenge for us to rapidly
jump on this aggressive project. Our management committed to assemble
a great team in the heated Russian HR market, while our developers and
testers committed themselves to execute the project. This 110% commitment
and hard work paid for itself in a relationship that we hope will last
long and grow with the companies.
"The Muranosoft team has been working hard and it shows,"
Lindsey said. "I feel like Muranosoft is truly part of the Nsite
Team, and not just a vendor 10K miles away!" |
